Maybe you don't want to always be dependent on someone else when you need to make a quick change to your site - if so, a CMS (Content Management System) might well be what you need.

 

This will give you the ability to update the sections of your site that regularly change without having to have any knowledge of the design itself. In the long-term, the implementation of a CMS can be hugely cost effective if you find your business is updating its site on a very regular basis.
